If you're not satisfied with your coin for any reason, just return it within 14 days in exactly the same condition in which you received it, and we will gladly replace it. Because prices for coins fluctuate directly with the gold and silver markets, sometimes dramatically, we cannot offer refunds.

Return procedures


1. Please call 1-800-613-9323 to notify us of your intent to return any coins.

2. Mail them back to us in the same condition in which you received them, via U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail. (Do not use Fedex, UPS, or other third party carriers.)

4. Insure the coins for their full value (for your protection).

5. Your return package must be postmarked no later than 14 days after you receive the coins.
