$10 Liberty gold eagles, MS62
Pre-1900 dates
|
Minted from 1866 to 1907, these classic U.S. $10 gold eagles are one of our favorites. Certified in Brilliant Uncirculated Mint State 62 condition by PCGS or NGC, they're an good value today, offering true scarcity and large gold content at low prices.
Pre-1900 dates are substantially scarcer than later mintages. We're offering them at no additional premium, making them an even better value.
Scarce and historic
Featuring the classic portrait of Liberty on the obverse and the heraldic American Eagle on the reverse, these historic coins were the crucial building blocks of expanding U.S. financial markets in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Few have survived the ravages of time and the melting pot, yet they remain remarkably affordable in the current market.
Out of the millions originally minted, only a tiny fraction have survived in MS62. Their true scarcity can mean higher premiums during periods of peak demand.
Unlike most forms of gold bullion, they are exempt from broker reporting requirements. In our opinion, they're better than bullion for bulk gold buyers.
